1 hour - Multiple Choice Questions, Short Answers Questions and Blind Tastings. 60% passing marks

Entry Requirements:

This course is open to students who has passed the basic CBC course. You must be of legal drinking age to participate in any alcohol tasting. However, this is not a barrier to successfully completing the qualification.

Certification:

CBC Baijiu Basic Certificate

Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate suitable for framing and a lapel pin from Chinese Baijiu Certificate (CBC) will be awarded.
