About this course:

For individuals new to cheese study, this foundation course provides a basic introduction to the world of cheese.


You’ll explore the main types and styles of cheese through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining a systematic approach to describe them.


Once the class begins, we will demonstrate the process of creating a beautiful board while teaching you the tips & tricks to make your own. Participants will get to snack on this delicious board once it is finished! and then apply their newly acquired skills as they create their own cheese board

Course objective:

In this course, you’ll learn everything you need to know to select, design and present cheese in a more systematic and fun approach in the means of crafting a cheese platter
You will learn the correct way to taste cheese, how to communicate then, how it’s made and much, much more.

Who Should Attend:

Cheese retailer, counter staff or team member, sales or junior warehouse staff working in cheese distribution, chefs, catering college students; or consumers with a love of cheese who aspire to become more knowledgeable and skilful.
